A LOGO AND ILLUSTRATION FOR CP - COMBOIOS DE PORTUGAL
Between 2014 and 2018, CP - Comboios de Portugal, the Portuguese national railway company, reached a few maintenance and reliability feats with its fleet of 10 Highspeed Pendolino trains, responsible for the company's most prestigious service, Alfa Pendular.
Mundo (World) was an illustration commissioned by EMEF - UMAV, the Highspeed Rail maintenance branch of CP - Comboios de Portugal, to celebrate the milestone distance of a thousand rounds around the Earth of the fleet of its Pendolino fleet.

The first milestone with a commissioned logo was the Four Million Kilometres Mileage.
In this case, one of the 10 class 4000 units reached that milestone without refurbishment, an incredible feat for a highspeed train in Europe, especially given the rough conditions in which these trains run every day from Braga to Faro, in Portugal.
For this, the Quatro Milhões (Four Million) logo was created.

Variations of the Four Million Kilometres logo with the EMEF logo incorporated.
A variant of the Four Million Kilometres Mileage was also requested when the whole fleet reached that same milestone, totalling Forty Million Kilometres for the whole fleet.
